2018 EV1 Body Design
Goals:
Aesthetically pleasing
Aerodynamically efficient

I created initial designs and renders in Blender. These designs were used as reference in the creation of a solid model in Autodesk Inventor and wire-frame models for analysis in Autodesk CFD.
Coefficient of drag: 0.22
Frontal area: 1m^2
From the reference model in Blender, I made small adjustments to increase the overall aerodynamic efficiency as much as possible without ruining the car’s aesthetic appeal.
