About Me

Mechanical Engineer at Psyonic

I have had a passion for cars since before I could walk. In middle school I began playing around with Blender, an open source 3D modeler. With Blender I found tools that enabled me to create the things I imagined and then turn them into reality with a 3D printer.

My early Blender work included a variety of subjects and complete 3D rendered scenes but once I started modeling my own car designs, I found I was not satisfied with just having a good looking yet hollow vehicle in an exotic scene.  It was at this point that I started to delve into the inner workings of cars and began to learn about how they were made so that I could incorporate this into my own car designs.

Once I started college, I immediately sought to join a car team where I could take my interest and skills to the next level.  The Illini EV Concept team gave me the opportunity to take my car designs and make them a reality.

So far I have made my very first concept car for EV Concept in 2017-2018. I am currently working on making my second concept car for EV Concept, and plan to continue making new concept cars that incorporate unique styling and aerodynamic efficiency. I will do what it takes to pursue my passion for designing and building cool looking cars. The knowledge and experience I have gained from building my concept cars translates into practical and technical skills I can use to accomplish anything.
